Who are we?
Diamond Impact was formed by Dr Patricia Sneddon, who has delivered HR consulting projects around the world for over 20 years. Tricia designed and delivered one of Australia’s largest downsizing projects involving over 6,000 people. She has operated her own strategic consulting and recruitment firms as well as consulting to a number of companies on productivity and profit improvement and business turnaround in preparation for sale.

Over the past 20 years, Tricia has developed an outstanding track record in the development of several Australian professional HR services businesses including DBM, Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Young Consulting – HR division from which she conducted a successful management buy out.
Tricia is a leading strategist renowned for designing and managing groundbreaking programs that maximise the potential of transformational and structural change in national and multi-national organizations. Her key contributions lie in her incisiveness, strategic capability, commercial perspective, design and management of innovative large-scale transformational and cultural change assignments, and affinity with technology including global vendor selection, reviewing and implementing business systems and processes. Tricia has designed and directed national and international projects valued from $200,000 to $24 million.
Christine Greggery
Managing Partner
Christine’s experience is in identifying and implementing cultural and structural change in organisations that are undergoing significant growth or experiencing signs of stress from their rapidly changing market or business environment. This incorporates strategic planning, reviewing and implementing business systems and processes, developing internal communication and information flow, building reporting systems and structures. Christine’s difference is that she works with and designs solutions that reflect the individuality of each business – incorporating their special needs and philosophies.
