- Designed a 3-phase, bi-lingual program around developing functional skills, communication and leadership, leading to a new learning platform, new roles and performance expectations and identified future skills requirements.
- Build new open and honest communication channels encouraging consultation, ownership, delegation and decision making, and higher trust that led to greater speed.
- Being sensitive to the cultural implications of transitioning from the "old" to the "new" company, while retaining the strengths of the traditional culture.
